Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops following safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as trained
- Perform general farm maintenance including fence repair and field preparation
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace safety standards
- Document daily work activities and inventory as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient field operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to participate in visa sponsorship program
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills for training and safety instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- No prior farming experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
