Responsibilities
- Perform crop harvesting, planting, and maintenance tasks following safety protocols
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging activities
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities in optimal condition
- Adhere to all H2A program requirements and USDA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or sponsorship-capable status
- Minimum 1 year verifiable agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic equipment operation skills (training provided)
