Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including crop harvesting, planting, and field maintenance
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop quality through sorting, washing, and packing procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and pesticide handling guidelines
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and field conditions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
