Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Maintain farm equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Follow all safety protocols and farm regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Pack harvested produce and load trucks for transport.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States under H2A visa regulations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic English comprehension skills (speaking and reading).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and a strong work ethic.
