Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure all appointments are organized efficiently.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence via email, phone, and in-person.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including managing mail, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with building management.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in maintaining databases, generating weekly reports, and performing general data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and document preparation.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree or relevant certification is a plus.
