Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in agricultural fields (planting, harvesting, sorting)
- Operate farming machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets
- Document daily work activities and inventory
- Participate in mandatory safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (international applicants only)
- Previous agricultural or manual labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexibility to work 40-60 hours weekly including weekends
- Clean background check and drug test required
- Must provide own work boots and basic tools
