Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack citrus fruits, tomatoes, and seasonal vegetables
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop fields through irrigation and pest control tasks
- Adhere to USDA and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Assist in greenhouse operations and seedling cultivation
- Perform quality control checks on harvested produce
- Participate in team-based field operations daily
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months of commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
