Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain crop quality through proper sorting and packaging
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
- Participate in pre-harvest preparation activities
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Previous agricultural or manual labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
