Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, corn, soybeans)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Inspect crops for quality and pest/disease management
- Maintain farm equipment and assist with basic repairs
- Follow strict safety protocols and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior agriculture/farming experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of farm equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual communication skills a plus
