Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium crops according to quality standards
- Operate irrigation systems and farm machinery safely
- Maintain field hygiene and equipment sanitation
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under supervision
- Monitor crop health and report issues
- Work efficiently in team-based harvesting operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of crop harvesting experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in heat
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days weekly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
