Responsibilities
- Execute precision planting, harvesting, and crop management protocols
- Operate advanced agricultural machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management strategies
- Maintain detailed farm records and compliance documentation
- Train and supervise seasonal agricultural teams
- Adhere to USDA organic and safety certification standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial agriculture experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (employer sponsorship provided)
- Commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) preferred
- OSHA pesticide applicator certification
- Proficiency in farm machinery operation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic English proficiency (Spanish fluency a plus)
