Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods efficiently and safely
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow operations
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS software quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
