Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews for technical positions (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Science, etc.).
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and update candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare necessary documentation for candidates.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule and high energy.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
