Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals and their families
- Provide personalized housing assistance including neighborhood tours and lease negotiations
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration programs
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with precision
- Serve as primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique client needs
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or customer service
- Deep knowledge of Louisville neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
