Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for corporate clients and employees
- Manage housing searches, school transfers, and community integration support
- Develop personalized relocation plans with detailed timelines and budgets
- Act as primary liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams
- Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide cultural orientation and area-specific guidance to newcomers
- Continuously optimize relocation processes based on client feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or customer service
- Strong knowledge of Arlington/Dallas-Fort Worth area resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
