Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations with focus on safety, efficiency, and quality standards
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates during weekend shifts
- Coordinate inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock scheduling
- Implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
