- Monitor and coordinate night shift operations across multiple departments
- Resolve urgent issues and escalate critical concerns to leadership

- Onboard and train new remote team members during night shifts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of night shift or overnight experience
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for LA-based roles)
