Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational software
