Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in operations management, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Ability to relocate to Bakersfield, CA with assistance provided
