Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage client communications and resolve inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and process weekend replenishment orders
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on company protocols and best practices
- Generate end-of-shift reports and document operational metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless continuity of service

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or operations coordination
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
