Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare food/beverage items according to brand standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be 18+ for alcohol service positions
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
