Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out services for high-volume weekend guests
- Manage reservation systems and resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Upsell premium amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with rotating shifts
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Nevada Gaming License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
