Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Conduct weekend inventory counts and supply management
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor department performance metrics and report trends
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems (Opera/Micros)
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including holiday weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
