Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations ensuring workflow efficiency
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during weekend shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Generate weekend performance reports
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/manufacturing
- Proven ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM-2 PM)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
