Responsibilities

- Document shift reports and communicate handover procedures

Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; technical degree preferred
