Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across multiple departments
- Lead and mentor 5-10 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend activities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
- Prepare shift handover reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Flexible schedule availability for potential overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
