We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Shift Operations Lead to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations on the weekend shift, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Lead, mentor, and train weekend staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Prepare daily reports and provide feedback to the management team regarding shift performance.
- Address operational challenges immediately and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
