Responsibilities
- Assemble components and finished products according to detailed blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Operate and monitor automated machinery and assembly line equipment efficiently.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure product meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Package finished goods securely for shipping and distribution.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Valid eligibility to work in the US (or eligibility for visa sponsorship).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions.
