Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and conveyors using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Operate basic machinery and forklifts (training provided) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable work experience in a related field (e.g., manufacturing, construction, general labor).
- Visa Status: Candidates must be eligible for EB-3 Unskilled labor certification or possess a valid work visa.
