Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate standard machinery and hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure packaging meets company requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors accurately.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required).
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (we sponsor visas for qualified candidates).
