Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate safety equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing and logistics tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso facility.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (or eligible for EB3 sponsorship).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
