As the Weekend Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facility during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of floor staff, ensuring high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely restocking.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare and submit detailed shift reports to upper management.
- Conduct briefings and training sessions for weekend staff.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or warehouse management.
- Previous experience leading weekend shifts is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
