Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Identify and troubleshoot logistical issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehousing is preferred.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate complex software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
