Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend team members across multiple departments, ensuring seamless workflow coordination
- Execute daily operational plans while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory control processes and reconcile weekend transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare comprehensive shift handoff reports and documentation
- Conduct team briefings to align on daily priorities and performance goals
- Monitor facility maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory or team coordination roles
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight

- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for logistics)
