Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Monitor warehouse activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using material handling equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders during shift transitions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and operational metrics
- Respond promptly to operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8-12 hours)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
