Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not mandatory).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes to maintain stock accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service regarding order inquiries and status updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to reliability.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
