Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy against digital manifests.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and minor repairs as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and basic computer proficiency.
