Responsibilities
- Execute Operations: Manage daily warehouse tasks including receiving, sorting, picking, and packing orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock levels and ensure data integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control checks on outbound shipments to ensure they meet strict company standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Schedule Commitment: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
