Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations for incoming and outgoing orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding order priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
