Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all logistical activities, inventory management, and quality control on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10+ operations staff, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow efficiency to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Customer Relations: Handle complex escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for weekend clients.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Handover Coordination: Communicate critical updates and deliverables to the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of operations or logistics management experience, preferably with weekend shift experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving performance metrics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
