Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome attendees with warmth and professionalism, answering questions and directing traffic.
- Event Operations: Assist with setup, tear-down, and crowd management to ensure a seamless event flow.
- Communication: Relay important information to guests and coordinate with event managers in real-time.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and represent our brand with integrity and energy.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Attendance: Adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive 15 minutes early for briefings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the upcoming event season.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is highly preferred.
- Demeanor: Energetic, outgoing, and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
