Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure high satisfaction levels during peak seasons.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of large-scale events and venues.
- Manage inventory and stock levels accurately to minimize waste.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seasonal operational goals.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and work environments.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa or proof of eligibility for sponsorship in 2026.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco location.
- Willingness to comply with all local labor laws and company policies.
