- Deliver outstanding in-person and virtual customer support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries using our CRM platform with 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain organized product displays and promotional materials
- Document customer feedback and implement process improvements
- Support inventory management and weekend shipment coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 1+ years in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
