Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation requires certification)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation to facility
