Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to prevent errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow processes.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
