Responsibilities
- Perform daily assembly and production tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment following strict safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.

- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately.
- Load and unload materials safely using forklifts or hand trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
