Job Overview
Our General Laborers support the daily operations of our manufacturing floor. You will be trained to perform essential tasks that keep our production lines running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks with precision.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor production quality to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and schedules.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not always required for EB3).
- Basic English proficiency for reading instructions and communicating with supervisors.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be eligible to work in the US or have a valid visa status for EB3 sponsorship.
