Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized industrial equipment at client locations.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using company-provided diagnostic tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all service activities, warranty claims, and parts usage accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to troubleshoot difficult issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a passion for hands-on work.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary software systems.
- Flexibility to travel within the Madison area and surrounding regions.
