Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and assembly lines in compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure high standards are met.
- Package and label materials efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B non-immigrant visa (Must be eligible to work immediately).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to start immediately (Tomorrow).
- Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
