Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on an H2B Visa (or be eligible to transfer).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak season.
